Just don't be too harsh on it, okay? I know the head is huge, the body too short, the colours hurt and so on. Just not very good.
I'm sorry about the dragon balls too, they now look like random tumours.

I was going to draw a bad-ass dragon reptile but many keep ranting over my pokémon looking like dinos (it's may mostly I who suck because it seems like my rodents are believed to be dinos too, hence, even if it looks like dinos it's not what I had in mind!) so this dragonair inspired by amphibian shapes instead.

Eh, let's see...
Dragonair is an amphibian that lives in the ocean, feeding upon fish, moluscs and other things it can catch. The jaws are quite reduced; they mainly suck their prey in.
Mostly they are living out in the open ocean and are there for very rarely seen, but at some occasions they gather to mate nearer shores at certain locations. This is where their horn comes in... Its not for males fighting but near shore, there’s another food-resource; clams and oysters (shellders included). They uses the horn not only to crack their shells but also to bend them loose.

Most of the breathing goes through the skin but if the pokémon need to work harder and need extra oxygen, it can pump out blood into the external gills. But usually they don't and as the gills are bloodless, they appear white.
