I think this one turned out very well. I sometimes feel a bit annoyed/sad when my art for ones look rather decent is "wasted" on fanart... but then I think that if I hadn't drawed this particular fanart picture, I'd probally not drawed a good art piece instead anyways... err... something. I don't know if that made sence at all :/
Though, as usual, carnivorial mammals that don't swim ain't my thing.

On to ninetales...
Not much to be said here... I image ninetales to be a solo-living territorial predator living in colder forests.
The complicated tail is very hard to keep smooth and shiny, and also makes it harder for nintales to hunt. Thus, a ninetale with a fine tail indicates that it's a healthy invidual and a good mate. Ninetales rise their young toghter as a pair, and there for it's also in the interest of the male that his mate is stong, so both genders of ninetales got big beutiful tails.
Ninetale furr is also very popular to make exclussive coats of.
I find the tail explenation rather cheesy, someone has any better suggestions? :3
